a 15 minute drive from Gosford on the Central Coast of NSW.

All of our therapists are suitably qualified and provide quality care and treatment services.

Massage treatments and certain beauty treatments are also available in the comfort of your own surroundings. If you are a guest to the Central Coast and staying at one of our preferred holiday destinations, please contact the accomodation management to book treatments.

Otherwise, please contact Edda directly to make a booking. If it is a group booking such as a pamper package, please allow 2 weeks for a booking.

Edda Spencer founded Better Body Health and Beauty
and has developed a strong clientele based on her
friendly and personal approach.

Edda is ATMS accredited (ATMS 16368) and rebates
from most Health Funds are available for massage treatments.
